I got it working perfect now!
I went back to the date it started, and there was an app download for Microsoft office, I think. It was the only thing that had changed that day, so I deleted it, and the FPS twitching stopped. Halleluiah!
I can't say for sure that that was what cause it, but I tried everything else, and nothing worked. I was ready to ditch the Delan, and spend the money for Track IR, but my gut said it was not the gear, it was something with the apps.

Thanks chaps for everyone putting their heads together on this one. Now... on to Tobruk!

My Delan started twitching today and was unusable. There are two settings for the PS camera lens. You change it my twisting it. I done this and it solved the problem.

Yep, that was one of the many things I checked Jonesy. But it was not related to the problem I had and made no difference. Fortunately deleting that Microsoft app did the trick. I don't know why it caused the problem in the first place, but it's fixed now.

When you turn your camera on, what is the Camera Info: FPS reading? Is it somewhere like 75 FPS and does it hold steady?
Mine jumps rapidly from low to high FPS in like a loop. The video I posted, it's hard to see.

Now that I have fixed the problem, My Camero info shows it is stable at 75FPS, as it should be. Before it was intermittent between 2 to 75 FPS in a loop. Very unstable.
No stutter now.

Hello Kit,

I doubt its a driver issue but have a look if windows did any updates just before the problem occurred.
