ACG Open Campaign Registration

Post by Bully » Sat Feb 20, 2016 10:05 pm

Thank you for your interest in joining our open campaign on Sunday 28th February.

The mission will be split in two due to the limited numbers Cliffs of Dover can handle. The first wave will start at 19:00GMT and the second will be sometime after 20:00GMT. Both waves will be equally intense and will both have the support of Human Ground Control to make sure you find the enemy! (Or he finds you).

Please copy and paste the template below and fill in the blanks so we can assign you to a squadron or Staffel!

Pilot Name (Steam ID) :
Which aircraft do you wish to fly? :
Which start time do you prefer: 19:00GMT, 20:00GMT or either

From here you will be assigned a squadron or Staffel. Each of these will be lead by an experienced pilot who, along with assistance from section leaders, will guide you through the mission. You will need to be on our Teamspeak 15 minutes before take off time (TBA) so you can receive a final verbal briefing from commanders before getting airborne.

The videos below by some of our members will give you an idea of what a mission can be like!

Note to ACG members. You may or may not be able to fly, but it's guests first and there is no need for you to register. Please do not post here unless helping somebody, for support stuff go here: http://www.aircombatgroup.co.uk/forum/v ... =26&t=5700

54 Squadron would love to participate.
We can muster 4 to 6 pilots.
Hurricanes or Spitfires

Excellent stuff Philstyle, we'd be glad to have you along :salute:
Once you know who's likely to fly could you post their names as well, thanks :D

I must go up to the skies again, to the peace of silent flight, To the gull’s way, and the hawk’s way, and the free wings’ delight;
And all I ask is a friendly joke with a laughing fellow rover, And a large beer, and a deep sleep, when the long flight’s over.

Welcome Immelman! :hi:

As long as you can take off then you will be fine. There will be some on our TS tonight (in about an hour) flying in our public server so join in tonight if you want - nothing like a bit of practice!

I hope to get the time. I've flown around in the DCS Mustang for a while, lets hope some of that transfers :)
